We sell bar and hospitality equipment: ice buckets, serving trays, ashtrays, bottle openers, beverage dispensers, stands, holders, jiggers, and related accessories.

Product images and descriptions on ice-bucket.eu are illustrative. Minor variations in colour or surface finish may occur between what is shown online and the delivered product.

Prices are displayed in EUR and may change at any time. Your order is always invoiced at the price shown at the moment you confirm it.

An account is required to place an order. Registration is free. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your password and login credentials confidential
• All activity that takes place under your account
• Keeping your personal data up to date in your profile

To delete your account, email support@ice-bucket.eu.

The display of products with prices on ice-bucket.eu is an invitation to order, not a binding offer. We do not guarantee permanent availability of all products.

The contract between you and BAR DREAM d.o.o. is formed at the moment you confirm your order at checkout. An order confirmation is sent to your email.

If an ordered item becomes unavailable after confirmation, we will notify you and offer a full refund.

We offer UV printing, pad printing, and laser engraving through our online customization wizard. By submitting a design you confirm that:

• You hold the rights to all logos, texts, images, and trademarks in the design
• The design does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property
• You accept full responsibility for any copyright or trademark claims

Customized products cannot be returned or refunded except in the case of a production error on our part (EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(c)).

BAR DREAM d.o.o. is not liable for intellectual property violations arising from customer-submitted designs.

Our products are intended for hospitality use (restaurants, hotels, bars), commercial use, and private home use. If you use a product for a purpose outside this scope, you do so at your own risk. BAR DREAM d.o.o. bears no liability for damages arising from unintended use.

All content on ice-bucket.eu — including product photographs, descriptions, graphics, logos, trademarks, the customization wizard, and all software — is protected by intellectual property rights owned by BAR DREAM d.o.o. All rights reserved.

You may access and use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, or public communication of our content without prior written consent is prohibited.

Our liability is limited to the value of the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or economic losses.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

We are not liable for delays or failure to fulfil orders caused by events beyond our reasonable control — including natural disasters, pandemics, wars, strikes, port closures, and supply chain disruptions. In such cases we will notify you promptly. You retain the right to cancel and receive a full refund if fulfilment becomes impossible.

If any clause of these Terms is declared invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses remain in full force. The invalid clause will be replaced with the closest valid interpretation.

Governing law: Croatian law, with the application of EU consumer law where applicable.

Competent court: Municipal Court in Makarska.

We may update these Terms at any time. The version in effect at the moment of your order applies to that order, regardless of later changes.
